ARCHIHAUS Magazine.
Archihaus Weekly
The objective of the magazine is to contribute to the appeal of architecture and interior design by publishing a broader range of editorials about the architectural industry. Each issue covers a different Architect and it informs the audience about Architectural design and why it is significant.
Dream it.
I wanted to create a magazine that touched on architectural history and famous buildings. I’m personally a big fan of architecture and when I was given the opportunity to design my own issue, I didn’t hesitate going for it as a topic. I wanted to create a structured, minimalistic and professional feel, however, I also wanted it to look good. This way, readers will be engaged both visually and intellectually.
Build it.
I designed the cover of the magazine on Illustrator and used grids and rulers to keep everything organized and structured. I created the logo using Procreate and Illustrator while the rest of the magazine was designed on Indesign. Despite knowing how to run both (adobe) programs, I ended up learning new tools in order to better my Adobe knowledge as well design in a consistent basis.
